Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — email, display name, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile info from your Google account.
• Content you upload — images, palettes, prompts, gallery posts, client and invoice details.
• Billing info — handled by Stripe. We store your customer ID and subscription status, never your card details.
• Usage data — basic logs and error reports used to keep the service running.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, store your work, process AI requests, send service emails, and process subscription payments. We don't sell your personal information.

Sub-processors

• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, file storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• AI providers (Google, OpenAI) — processing prompts and images you submit to AI tools
• Email provider — transactional and authentication emails

AI content

Content you submit to AI features is sent to the relevant provider to generate a response. We don't use your content to train models.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from the account page. Deleting your account removes your content from active systems; backups roll off within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to the minimum needed to operate the service.
