1. Acceptance
By creating a Pigment House account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Pigment House provides studio tools for visual artists, including AI-assisted palette extraction, prompt generation, stencil creation, gallery hosting, a marketplace, and studio management features. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in AUD. New accounts get a 3-day free trial. You can cancel any time from the account page — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case; contact us if there's a problem.
4. Your content
You own everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the service to you. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Pigment House to infringe copyright, generate illegal content, harass others, or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI output
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing and using AI output appropriately, including for any commercial use.
7. Liability
The service is provided without warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
